Telley Carlson is originally from South Jordan, Utah, has had extensive training in jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, military, and ballet. In high school she danced on the Bingham High School Minerettes. While she was on the team, the Minerettes won 3 State Championships, and 3 National Championships. She served as an officer on the team for two years, serving as Dance Captain her senior year where she choreographed many routines. She was also a member of the Utah All-State Drill Team, and a Dance Sterling Scholar finalist. During her dance career, she has also won many awards for her solo routines. Telley has taught and choreographed hip-hop, jazz, military, contemporary, and ballet at multiple studios and schools around the country for over 10 years. Telley is a former member of the prestigious, 13-time National Champion BYU Cougarettes. She served as an officer on the team when they won their 8th national title. She graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Telley considers dance as one of her greatest passions and she feels blessed to have the opportunity of sharing her love of dance with others.
