REGISTER FOR CLASSES

To register for classes, please follow these instructions:

1) Complete the following registration form,

AND

2) Pay the registration fee below by using one of the five options below

Pay the registration fee with one of the five options:

Pay by check can be left in the studio payment box
Cash Payment can be left in the studio payment box
Venmo to @charisma-studio
Auto-Pay This has become the preferred method for most of our families because it takes away the hassle of keeping up with monthly tuition, & costume & recital fees, etc. which helps you avoid late fees. Please download the auto-pay form and drop it off at one of the Charisma payment boxes at either studio.

**Tuition is due on a monthly basis on the 1st of the month.

A late fee of $10 will apply after the 15th of each month
